01Do I need an app or a better website?
It depends on the job you need it to do. A website often suits discovery and enquiries. A web app supports interactive tasks in a browser, while a mobile app may suit frequent use and device-specific needs. We start with the problem and recommend the simplest useful approach.
02Can you connect an app to our current website?
Where compatible APIs and access are available, we can scope shared accounts, bookings or data. We review the existing systems first; a complex integration or data migration needs a separate quote.
03What happens after launch?
Production plans include a 30-day bug-fix period for the agreed delivered scope. Hosting, monitoring, operating-system updates, new features and ongoing maintenance are scoped separately. We agree the handover and support plan before release.
04Who owns the accounts and code?
We hand over the agreed project source code and documentation after payment. Production hosting and store accounts should be held by your business. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licence terms.
05Is app-store approval guaranteed?
No. Apple and Google review submissions under their own rules. The Mobile App plan includes preparation and initial submission support; developer-account charges and changes outside the agreed scope are separate.
