Annual plans are a 12-month commitment paid upfront. Setup fees, usage and third-party costs are separate where shown. Renewal, cancellation and any refund terms are confirmed in writing before you agree. Enquiring does not start a subscription or take payment.
Care starts after the included bug-fix period. It does not replace the initial app build. Hosting, APIs, store fees, major OS migrations, new features and emergency or 24/7 cover are separate. Time resets monthly without rollover; a large update can need a separate quote.

Yes. AI receptionist, SEO and social media plans offer monthly billing or a 10% discount on the recurring service fee when 12 months are paid upfront. Optional website, app and creative care plans offer the same choice. Build fees and setup are separate; annual terms are agreed before payment.
No. The website project is a separate one-off cost. Optional care starts from £49 per month and covers the listed checks and update time. Hosting, new pages and larger features are separate. The written proposal confirms the project payment schedule and any ongoing support.
The £950 Prototype plan is a clickable design to explore your user journey; it does not include production code or a backend. A Web App starts at £4,500 plus £500 setup, and a Mobile App starts at £7,500 plus £750 setup. Hosting, store fees and ongoing maintenance are separate.
