Compare the first year, not just the headline.
The Launch subscription is £1,188 across 12 monthly payments, plus £150 setup: £1,338 in the first year before separately quoted extras. With annual payment, the equivalent is £89 per month, paid as £1,068 upfront, plus £150 setup: £1,218. The one-off Launch build is £845 including setup. These are different purchase options: the subscription also includes monthly checks and 30 minutes of minor updates.

What is outside the starting price?
Hosting, domain registration, copywriting, e-commerce, extra pages and paid third-party tools are separate. A five-page business website has a different scope from a landing page; customer accounts, payment flows and custom integrations need their own specification. Any applicable VAT is shown in your written quote before you commit.

Share your business, audience and what you want visitors to do. We create an introductory homepage design sample so you can assess the visual direction. If you do not like it, you can decline without paying. The sample is not a finished website or unlimited design work. Development begins only after you approve the scope and price.
Make the handover part of the brief.
Before signing off, agree who controls the domain, hosting and content, which source files are included, and whether you will edit the website yourself. Nuqta confirms ownership, handover, cancellation and renewal terms in the proposal. At the end of the website subscription’s initial 12 months, you can choose standalone support or a handover.
